Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact. Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for returns or refunds.
Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or invoice, when requesting a return.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after the eligible return period may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped or handed over for pickup within the timeframe communicated by our support team.
Refund Process and Timing
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or another suitable method as determined by us.
Exchange Options
We may offer exchanges for eligible products in cases such as defective items, damaged products, incorrect items received, or size/color replacement requests where applicable and subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, ZORVEX may cover the return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
Original shipping charges, Cash on Delivery fees, or other service fees may be non-refundable in certain cases.
